Description:

A vibrating feeder is a commonly used material conveying equipment, mainly used to transport granular, block, or powdered materials evenly and continuously to the next process. Its structure mainly includes a feed port, discharge port, vibrator, spring support, support, and other parts. Among them, the vibrator is the core part of the whole equipment, which is composed of the eccentric wheel, connecting rod, spring, etc. Spring supports and brackets are used to support and hold the equipment.

In terms of working principle, the vibrating feeder mainly drives the eccentric wheel to rotate through the motor, so that the connecting rod drives the vibrator to do reciprocating movement, thus generating vibration. When the material enters the vibrator from the feed port, under the action of vibration, the material will be thrown and pushed forward, and finally discharged from the discharge port. By adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the vibrator, the conveying speed and quantity of the material can be controlled. The whole process is continuous, which can achieve large-scale and efficient production.
