Description:
In 2014, our company collaborated with prominent domestic iron and steel firms to introduce Japan's Sumitomo Metal, Kawai Lime, and Tanabe Chemical Machinery's patented lime shaft kiln technology. The TTHN type high-efficiency, environmentally friendly automatic lime shaft kiln was adopted. Since the inaugural kiln ignition and commencement of production, nearly 100 lime shaft kilns have been constructed globally. In recent years, this innovative shaft kiln has gained popularity among large and medium-sized state-owned and private enterprises due to its notable benefits, including significant energy savings, compliance with environmental standards, high automation levels, superior finished product quality, cost-effectiveness in construction, and swift construction timelines.

Competitive Advantage:
lDistinctive Design & Energy Efficiency
The kiln body features a fully sealed design, significantly minimizing heat loss, with a fuel calorific value and utilization rate exceeding 80%. The incorporation of a double-trough distributor (TTS type) ensures the even distribution of limestone and coal, promoting uniform combustion and preventing fuel wastage. This innovative design results in saving over 15kg of coal for every ton of lime produced.
lFive-layer Kiln Body Structure
The kiln body structure consists of high alumina brick, light heat-insulation brick, heat-insulation filler, insulation fiber, and a steel shell. The lightweight outer steel shell extends the refractory insulation layer's service life to over 5 years.
lAdherence to Flue Gas Emission Standards
Utilizing a new pulse-jet bag filter and FRP desulfurization tower effectively filters dust, SO2, and NOx in the flue gas, ensuring a soot concentration of less than 10mg/Nm.
lCompact & Rational Process Flow Layout
The vertical lime kiln system comprises feeding, mixing, distribution, kiln body, ore discharge, finished product storage bin, and a dust removal system. The single kiln system covers an area of about 0.33 acres (40x40m).
lScientific Approach Based on Raw Materials
Emphasizing the importance of qualified fuel and raw materials, coupled with advanced technology, ensures the production of high-quality lime. Maintaining uniform limestone particle size and minimizing impurities is crucial for stable calcination, preventing serious furnace accretion. Proper coal particle size is also vital to avoid issues such as insufficient heat during CaCO3 decomposition or burning in the cooling zone.
lInnovative & Adjustable Weighing & Mixing System
The weighing and mixing system employs a fully automatic weighing device with high accuracy (less than 3%). Errors in limestone and coke (coal) weighing are within 3kg and 0.21kg, respectively, with automatic compensation for the last weighing error. The entire process is PLC-controlled and equipped with monitoring devices.
