Description:

Working Principle:

Limestone is introduced into the kiln through the chute located at the kiln's end.  Utilizing the tilt and gradual rotation of the kiln body, the limestone travels along the circumference on one side, progressing from the kiln's end to the kiln head along the axis on the opposite side.  Fuel is introduced into the kiln through the burner at the end, undergoing combustion, and the generated heat is conveyed to the limestone through radiation, convection, and conduction.  As the limestone undergoes calcination and transforms into quicklime during this motion, it is expelled from the kiln's end.  Simultaneously, the high-temperature flue gas is directed into the dust removal system from the kiln's end.
