Description:

A bucket elevator is a common vertical conveying equipment, mainly used to lift granular, block, or powdered materials from low to high. In lime plants, bucket elevators are often used to lift calcined limestone from the bottom of the kiln to the storage bin or packaging shop.

The structure of the bucket elevator is simple, mainly composed of the driving device, lifting shell, chain, hopper, and other parts. Among them, the driving device is usually a motor, which drives the chain movement through the reducer and sprocket; The lifting casing is the supporting structure of the whole equipment, which is equipped with a hopper and chain; The hopper is the part used to load the material, and its shape and size can be customized according to the nature and needs of the material.

In terms of working principle, the bucket elevator mainly uses the motor to drive the chain to do cyclic movement, so that the hopper moves in the vertical direction driven by the chain. When the hopper rises from low to high, the material is dumped out; When the hopper is lowered from high to low, the material is loaded into the hopper. By repeating this process over and over again, continuous material delivery can be achieved.

Specifications:

Our company manufactures three types of bucket elevators: TH Ring Chain, NE Plate Chain, and TD Belt.

1. TH Ring Chain Elevator: Uses a ring chain for conveying low-abrasive materials like coal and cement. Max lifting height is 50m, with a material temperature limit of 250℃.

2. NE Plate Chain Elevator: Utilizes a plate chain for vertical conveying of materials with high abrasiveness. Max lifting height is 40m, with a material temperature limit of 250℃.

3. TD Belt Bucket Conveyor: Features a conveyor belt for lifting conventional materials like grain and coal. Max lifting height is 40m, with a material temperature limit of 60℃.

Competitive Advantage:

lEfficient Design

The bucket elevator features inflow-type and induced-type feeding with large-capacity hoppers, minimizing material return and digging. This results in low invalid power usage.

lVersatility in Material Handling

Capable of handling various materials, including powders, granules, and those with high grinding properties, the bucket elevator ensures effective sealing and minimal environmental impact.

lReliable and Durable

With a well-designed and processed structure, the bucket elevator operates reliably for over 20,000 hours without failure, enabling smooth running for higher lifting heights and an extended lifespan.
